International Veterinary Student Association (IVSA) is a non-profit international organization with member organizations all over the world, run by volunteer veterinary students. ALL students at a given veterinary school in the UK and Ireland have their IVSA membership paid for by AVS, making them all automatically members of their university's IVSA chapter.

IVSA Glasgow aims to encourage Glasgow University Veterinary Students to explore other cultures and experiences by hosting events throughout the year, as well as exchanges with other IVSA chapters. During these exchanges students from another university will come to Glasgow and then Glasgow students will go visit that university.
